RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
- All CUSTOM items or custom listings are FINAL SALE.
- All SALE and jewelry items are eligible for exchange* only (once).
- All DISCOUNTED/ BULK items are eligible for exchange* only (once).
- All OTHER orders are eligible for exchange or return with 5 days of receiving order.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Return shipping is customers responsibility. Tracking is highly recommend.
- Merchandise must be returned;
** With tags attached or on the cards they come on.
** Accompanied by the original receipt (invoice)
** Can not have been worn or washed.
** Returned within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Items RETURNED without notice or not according to this return policy will incur a 25% restocking fee or declined return. If so, customer will have the option to request the item be sent back to them at their expense.
